The new Marina which is being built in the resort of Altinkum has been reported to be on target for the completion date of 2009. Current property owners both turkish and english are excited at the prospect and expect to see property prices raising when it is fully up and running. It is being constructed on a 282,000 square meter plot and will the dry house will hold 650 boats while the Marina will hold 450 boats making it the second largest marina in Turkey. The whole project is expected to de developed at a cost of 50 million dollars.
