We already have several property and estate agents frantically placing new developments, and are particulalry interested in increasing the number of properties that we offer, especially in the UK. So please feel free to register for free and list your property. Don't worry if there is not a country category for it published yet - our moderators have the mall prerpared and are turning them on as the need arises. A lot of hard work has gone into the design and search engine indexibility of this website to gain maximum coverage for the properties we advertise, and this is running concurrently with a large budget newspaper, local radio and e-mail marketing campaign directed initally at the European marketplace; so please list your property soonest to benefit from the visitors this will undoubtably create. Altinkum Marina building plans on target.

| The new Marina which is being built in the resort of Altinkum has been reported to be on target for the completion date of 2009. Current property owners both turkish and english are excited at the prospect and expect to see property prices raising when it is fully up and running. It is being constructed on a 282,000 square meter plot and will the dry house will hold 650 boats while the Marina will hold 450 boats making it the second largest marina in Turkey. The whole project is expected to de developed at a cost of 50 million dollars. The new Marina however is only the tip of the iceberg. There are also plans for two golf courses and a new ferry port is due to open in June 2008. 5 star hotels are flooding into the resort making exciting news for property owners in resort, a number of who are ex-pats.
